Gemma has been in digital marketing since 2009 with experience, both in-house and agency, and is recognised within the retail and ecommerce sector, as a credible expert that is leading the way in helping businesses grow online. In fact, Gemma has been trusted to speak on multiple podcasts about the most effective ways to optimise online ads, and advanced digital marketing strategies.

As Head of Paid Media, Gemma is passionate about cutting edge technology and creating tactics and strategies to increase clients profit margins – and helping her team in the same way. She regularly shares her expert knowledge with colleagues, clients, and industry peers on these specific matters.

Gemma holds a BSc in Business, Finance & Economics from The University of East Anglia, and a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College.

In her free time Gemma enjoys hiking in the great outdoors, reading and attending live music gigs and events.
