As Head of Measurement, Daisy reviews data tracking and conversion goals on our clients’ websites as well as implement and consult on custom tracking solutions for complex projects, leading the team at the same time. She also works closely with our CRO team to design and build bespoke split tests with a goal of improving online user experience and generating more revenue for our clients.

Daisy has worked as a full-stack web developer in digital marketing since 2013, but started making websites back in 2002 in order to show her Neopet off to the world with his very own dedicated webpage. Unfortunately, she thinks it’s offline now otherwise we could share the link.

In between, Daisy studied English Literature and Creative Writing for her undergraduate degree, continuing on to her MA in Creative Critical Literature where she got to flex her academic muscles and broaden her research to postmodern narrative in video games.

Now she’s back on the tech path, flexing her coding muscles and troubleshooting sites, supporting Fountain’s PPC, CRO and SEO teams.

It’s all about the data for Daisy. She likes making sure Fountain is tracking the right goals for clients and capturing the whole user journey. It’s that data which empowers clients to make the most impactful decisions for their audiences.

80% of her role is troubleshooting, and Daisy thinks there’s nothing more satisfying than figuring out a solution to a tricky problem.

Daisy has three small jack russell x chihuahua troublemakers at home, so a lot of her time goes into cuddling ‘those little idiots.’ In her spare time, she likes all sorts of arts and crafts and a good dose of video games (Gameboy, PS4 & PC are her consoles of choice).

Daisy does the cooking at home, so has a personal goal of at least one vegan meal a week to keep her on her toes.
