Dickon heads up the People & Culture team, and he thinks people believe that means spending his time wearing a jazzy backwards cap, longboarding round the office whilst drinking an elaborate coffee and giving people HR-compliant hugs.

Having previously worked as a video producer in the advertising industry, Dickon feels a lot of the principles for his role with Fountain are the same.

He relishes the amount of insight that data can give us into people’s habits, and finds that the most interesting aspect of Digital Marketing but the best part of his role is working with ‘such a forward-thinking and talented group of people.’

Cooking, eating and running (but not necessarily in that order) keeps Dickon busy outside of work.
