Google’s AI Overview (the new name for SGE) is now live in the US, and will be hitting the UK and Europe within weeks.


Matt Meazey, our Head of SEO, spent some time talking to Rebecca Lewis-Smith, filling her in on everything Google had to say.

Our whole Fountain Partnership team is excited to get stuck in to the change this will introduce to search engine optimisation and paid ads. It’s unlikely this will land without some disruption – so if you’re relying on online sales for your business, it’s important to get a plan in place as soon as possible.

If you have no idea what this is all about, it’s the way search results will be shown on Google, now using AI summaries for a proportion of results pages.
