On the second Thursday of every month, we have a Learning Day at Fountain. As an agency, we block out from 10.00 to 16.00 (also providing a tasty lunch for the office-based folks) to dedicate to learning. Continuous learning and professional development is something we’re really passionate about.
We believe that continuous learning is the key to staying ahead of the game in the fast-paced world of marketing. By dedicating this time solely to learning, we’re ensuring that our team stays on top of the latest trends, tools, and techniques.

Past learning day sessions have covered topics like Excel, brand awareness, the components of amazing ads, profiling and linguistics, commercial awareness and LinkedIn, just to name a few! We always try and mix things up a little and aim to have a balance of internal and external speakers.
With UA sunsetting next month, we have had a lot of focus on GA4 recently. Our learning days provide the perfect opportunity for our team to deep dive into GA4’s nitty-gritty. By mastering this powerful tool, we can unlock valuable insights and supercharge our data-driven marketing strategies, ensuring that our clients benefit from this new measurement source.

Every month, we have at least two hours dedicated to independent learning. Our team can work with a colleague, or go solo and embark on a personal knowledge quest. Each team member gets to pick their topic of focus and dive deep into whatever tickles their fancy. From mastering the art of copywriting to exploring the realms of AI-driven marketing – the possibilities are endless.
