Sharni Poyntz

Biography

As Office Manager Sharni takes ownership of creating an incredible office experience for all – coming up with those little extras that will make clients feel special and support colleagues. Generally being the heart of our lovely office. Alongside her main Office Manager role, Sharni is also a key part of the marketing team, supporting the business with everything from social media, to newsletters, events to the website.

Sharni had worked as an office manager for a number of years for a previous company so had the perfect experience for Fountain – however what really made it a great match for her was the emphasis Fountain puts into creating a great culture. She loves being part of a company that truly cares for the people they have working with them.

Sharni knows digital marketing is an ever growing industry, and as time goes on it becomes more and more sophisticated. She is very excited to see where everyone will be and what can be achieved in the years to come.

Sharni, although she knows it may be a cliché, loves the fact her role means every day is different, with no day the same it keeps her energised and focused.

What do you like doing when not at work?
Outside of work, Sharni is a huge foodie and spends a lot of time in her kitchen or trying out different restaurants. She loves cosying up on the sofa watching a good film or going for a long hike along the Norfolk coastal path.
