Head of Client Services
As Head of Client Services my role is to foster strong and long lasting relationships with our clients. I work closely with our Head of Partnerships and Service Delivery Teams to establish relationships and onboard new clients effectively to the agency, whilst ensuring we are delivering exceptional service at every single touchpoint.
What is your professional progression internally or externally? If external, how did it help you arrive at Fountain?
I’ve worked in Client Services for the last 16 years. My experience spans Performance Marketing, UX, Experience Design, Digital Transformation, Creative, and Branding. I’ve worked with clients across all sectors and with brands that span from independents to global blue chips, and enjoy the challenges that each different client brings.
What is it about Digital Marketing that you find most interesting?
The fact that everything we do is based on evidence and the outcomes are tangible and measurable.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy all parts of my role from getting to know new clients, to building strong relationships with existing clients, and working with the service delivery team to come up with creative responses to our clients’ challenges.
What do you like doing when not at work?
I am a real foodie and enjoy an evening where delicious food and wine is involved. I am also a Mum to 3 year old twins who keep me very busy!
