Before her time at Fountain, Gail worked for a variety of user experience based roles, both client and agency side since 2008. Gail considers herself lucky to have worked with a range of brands across a variety of spheres, from financial services to education, healthcare and ecommerce.
Understanding user behaviour is the most interesting aspect of digital marketing for Gail and often uncovers new or unexpected insights. Seeing the people behind the numbers and figuring out how to optimise digital experiences for them is a really rewarding part of her role.
As Head of CRO, Gail is an advocate for experimentation and leads the team to be the same, a core part of our evidence-driven approach. Testing to better understand what works and what we can learn from informs everything we do.
Getting out and exploring the local landscape, preferably on horseback is a passion of Gail’s. You’ll also usually find her planning her next outing to watch some live music.
