Seb’s role focuses on helping clients maximise return and revenue through thoughtful, insight-led optimisation. For him, CRO is about far more than A/B testing; it’s about designing and refining customer journeys so every audience gets the experience that works best for them.

Seb began his career in digital marketing as an SEO Account Manager, where he quickly spotted a common challenge: driving traffic is only half the job if users don’t convert. That insight led him into CRO, where he’s since worked both agency-side and in-house across eCommerce, lead generation, B2B and B2C environments.

What Seb enjoys most about digital marketing is how CRO sits at the intersection of multiple disciplines. Working at the centre of strategy, UX, data and performance allows him to connect the dots and create meaningful improvements that drive real business outcomes.

Outside of work, Seb is usually found in the gym or looking for new coffee spots to try.
