1) Where did you work/study previously and how did it help you arrive at Fountain?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in the arts and a Master’s degree in science & communication, so I’ve done a few different things. Before I started at Fountain, I worked for another agency during my time at uni that helped me sharpen my SEO and CRO skills, which ultimately lead me to Fountain.
2) What is it about Digital Marketing that you find interesting?
I find the blend of analytical and creative thinking the most interesting. Looking at a website and asking myself “What can I do to make this perform better?” is one of the greatest challenges and, when the research pays off, it is very rewarding to see that hard work and research pay off for the client.
4) What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love analysing user behaviour and figuring out how I can make that online experience better for people. It’s like the perfect storm of being investigative and creative, which I thrive on. The holistic approach to company culture also helps support and bolster the creative process for me.
5) What do you like doing when not at work?
I enjoy a plethora of things including (but not limited to) nerding out on music and knowledge, satiating my occasional wanderlust, pondering the meaning of life and sitting on the grass taking in the beauty of the planet when the weather permits.
