Where did you work/study previously and how did it help you arrive at Fountain?

Before my time at Fountain, I’ve spent just over the last decade in a variety of user experience based roles, both client and agency side. I’ve been lucky to have worked with a range of brands across a variety of spheres, from financial services to education, healthcare and ecommerce.

What is it about Digital Marketing that you find interesting?

Understanding user behaviour is the most interesting aspect for me and often uncovers new or unexpected insights. Seeing the people behind the numbers and figuring out how to optimise digital experiences for them is a really rewarding part of my role.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

I’m an advocate for experimentation, which is a core part of our evidence-driven approach. Testing to better understand what works and what we can learn from informs everything we do.

What do you like doing when not at work?

I love getting out and exploring the local landscape, preferably on horseback. You’ll also usually find me planning my next outing to watch some live music.
