The Fountain pool is growing.

It’s been a busy few months welcoming new clients to the team. My role as Head of Client services is ultimately to make sure clients and colleagues have exactly what they need to hit the ground running, deliver brilliant results and enjoy themselves along the way.

This all starts at the briefing stage, when we need to truly understand what the clients’ (and their stakeholders’) objectives are. Is it about more sales, increased brand awareness, greater conversion rate, something different, or all of the above?

Having clients trust us with their business is huge and we never take that for granted. We create and then deliver a strategy to meet those overarching business objectives – even if we’re doing it in a way the client didn’t know they were looking for in the first place!

Here are a few of the companies that have trusted us with their business over the last couple of months:

  • One of our SEO team, Warren, is a huge advocate of local charity East Anglian Air Ambulance, and was over the moon when we were asked to work with them. We created an SEO strategy to help forge a path in the busy charity sector – safe to say results are flying high!
  • Krystal Hosting approached us as they needed a partner who was genuinely passionate about tackling the climate crisis, by taking positive action to reverse climate change. They wanted us to challenge their thinking and provide an ambitious strategy to fuel business growth, so founders could reinvest as much incremental revenue as possible into tree planting and carbon offsetting initiatives.
  • We’re incredibly proud to be putting together a Paid Media campaign for Greenr, who are about to launch the biggest sustainable shopping platform in the UK. Greenr will help users discover sustainable products, made by companies that care, with a commitment to giving back to communities and good causes.
