Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced project manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organised and understands the experience of the client experience whilst also meeting deadlines. Previous project management roles within an agency environment is preferable.

This role is very people focused and involves supporting team members to manage their varied and often challenging workloads by ensuring they have the right resource, and that delivery is planned with enough detail to ensure that deadlines are met without compromising on quality. At times, the role will involve helping colleagues to manage workload and prioritise tasks, or to filter through task requests to specific departments within the agency. Ideally, this role will also be able to communicate with clarity to clients, helping instil confidence that we are on track to deliver.

An understanding of digital marketing would be a plus for any candidate. We encourage team members to engage in continuous learning to keep their digital marketing knowledge up to date.

Skills & experience required:

  •  Project management experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Confident with project management software such as Monday and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Professional client communication
  • Capable of managing projects involving teams of 6+
