With a breadth of experience, Todd has hit the ground running since joining the team at the start of February 2016.
Initially starting in customer service after studying in Brighton, Todd worked for American Express before moving to team management and relationship management at Virgin Money and Bank of America. He gained a significant insight in to the day-to-day operations of these large businesses, ensuring they maintained the level of service customers expect from a household name.
There is nothing more satisfying than creating a way forward for someone that wasn’t able to solve the issue themselves.
Deciding to move toward marketing, Todd transitioned to account management, followed by a role in affiliate management, ensuring affiliate partners were sent relevant and commercially viable traffic to ensure a continuous stream of revenue.
To colleagues, Todd is known for his relationship management and data analysis skills. The latter was developed significantly during his time with Virgin Money, where he gained vast experience of the contractual and commercial elements of a business.
Well versed in customer service and marketing techniques, Todd prides himself on his ability to build honest and open relationships with partners.
I enjoy working with people. The standard of your work provides an excellent basis to form trust in what you do, and build a relationship to match. You can only truly get to the bottom of what someone needs when they have that element of trust as they are always more willing to provide the full details.
Outside of work, Todd is a prolific children’s author.
