QMS International

QMS International offer ISO assessment and certification across the UK and internationally. Their website is a crucial tool to their sales and marketing strategy – and the leads generated online on a daily, weekly and monthly basis play a huge role in their business growth.

In addition to a robust search engine optimisation strategy to improve their rankings, Fountain manages QMS’s Google AdWords campaign to drive sales.

We work closely in partnership with QMS to build high-quality, relevant links to their website. In doing so, we are significantly increasing their online presence and participating in online discussions and forums that are relevant to their business.

Managing Director Peter Gamble is keen to know what approaches we are taking and how we are progressing, so we meet with him on a monthly basis to report and update. We are also currently managing the creation of a new QMS website that will increase conversions and interact more directly with visitors.

Visit North Norfolk

Visit North Norfolk is a hub for everything you need to know for your holiday in one of our region’s most popular destinations, run by the North Norfolk District Council. From famous attractions such as the Broads and Sandringham, to hidden gems and itineraries, you’ll find everything you need to ensure your visit is unforgettable.

Fountain worked with the tourism team at North Norfolk District Council to develop the tone of voice for their new website and create copy that inspired the reader to find out more. Not only did the text need to engage the reader, it needed to be search engine friendly in order to be found easily. Our copywriters also researched days out in the area to put together easy-to-understand itineraries for visitors.

Fifteen Shop

Run by the Jamie Oliver Foundation, Fifteen is an Italian restaurant in London offering apprenticeship programs to young people. Started in 2002 and featured on the television program ‘Jamie’s Kitchen’, the restaurant has continued to thrive and has now opened in three additional locations.

Working alongside Norfolk designers, Solid Block, Fountain were brought on board to deliver content for the new Fifteen Shop website. The shop sells exclusive products and helps to raise money for the apprenticeship programme at Fifteen.

The challenge in delivering the copy for this site involved not one, but two recognised brands. As a brand, Fifteen is lively and engaging, crossing the barrier between the type of people who would eat in the restaurant and the young people it offers opportunities to. Alongside this, the Jamie Oliver connection is obviously a pull for many website visitors – so our work included ensuring that the tone of voice would appeal to Jamie fans as well.

Moores Message Boards

Moores Message Boards are one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of blackboards and notice boards. Until Fountain took over their online marketing strategy, they had only been using Google AdWords to drive traffic to their website via the search engines.

The aim of the new strategy was to reduce their spend on AdWords, while increasing natural search engine rankings for many relevant keywords that get significant searches nationally each month.

They now rank on page one of Google results for 18 different national keywords, up from just 4 before, which have brought them 60% more visitors than in the same period last year.

In their Google AdWords campaign, their cost per acquisition has been reduced by over 50%, ensuring that only the most relevant and effective clicks are paid for.

Moving forward, the plan is to target high natural search placements for even more keywords that have proven effective from the Google AdWords campaign, while also looking for other online opportunities for Moores to grow.

We provide monthly reports for Moores Message Boards detailing work conducted, and how this has affected website visitors, sales and costs from AdWords in order to  stay accountable for every month’s work.
