Demonstrating our commitment to Quality and the Environment with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
Fountain chose to go through the ISO certification process in 2011, as a demonstration to our clients, partners and suppliers that we take both quality and our environmental impact seriously.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management. Attaining the certification involves an in-depth external review of our internal systems – and ensuring that we are running a tight ship when it comes to our processes.
ISO 14001 is the international environmental management standard. With a clear ethical policy and a genuine commitment to reducing out environmental impact – as a business and as individuals – ISO certification is entirely in line with how we work and how we want to work.
We achieved our ISO certification through QMS International – a global certification company with a base here in Norfolk.
